Synthesis
The SimIA project aims to design a multifunctional lighting system for offices that, based on materials to be developed and dynamic control systems, is capable of offering a luminous, acoustic and odor-absorbing performance that promotes health and well-being in the job.
Main Goals
The SimIA project aims at the design and development of a multifunctional lighting system, for use in offices/workspaces, which, based on materials to be developed and dynamic control systems, is a solution capable of offering luminous, acoustic and absorption performance. of odors, which promotes health and well-being at work.
The proposed multifunctional system should integrate:
- Luminaire with PCB based on LED technology associated with a dynamic control system that allows creating ideal conditions to control the circadian rhythm and subject to customization according to the user;
- Acoustic panel incorporating light-reflecting and volatile organic compounds (VOC) absorption characteristics.
Through the development of materials and the interaction between the innovative components, it is intended to achieve a multifunctional solution that assumes as a differential relevance the incorporation and symbiosis of light and acoustic factors, the capacity to absorb VOCs, sustainability and dynamic control systems.
